Marsha’s Bio:

Marsha is originally from San Jose, California and has lived in Colorado Springs since 1981.  She started to paint with oils while expecting her first child 49 years ago.  Two years later twins arrived resulting in a painting hiatus.  Ten years ago Myra Patin invited  her to attend a Watercolor class and she’s been painting ever since.  She instantly loved the medium and especially the clean up!

It’s amazing how you see the world so differently when you are an artist!  You are aware of colors and shapes and then the challenge to put it on paper!  She loves the people she’s met at classes and the painting groups she’s been a part of.  She has learned so much from others and classes!  She also loves the challenge of a commissioned piece of art and capturing the personality in a portrait!
Marsha recently achieved and has been awarded “Signature Status”.  She was a Realtor for 27 years, plays the violin, loves to entertain and has all her family close by.
